Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent image disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a key labelling various sections of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
